This video allows the viewer to understand all the services Guilford Cares offers the community.

Guilford Cares serves the residents of Guilford, Vermont, to make it possible for them to weather adversities and deal with vulnerabilities that otherwise might force them out of their beloved community. It is based on a community nurse model but offer many other services at no cost to those in need.

We made a movie about Guilford Cares a few years ago and now some of the people have changed roles and some services have evolved, but we think the video still has merit especially to show how we got started and how we see our mission. Thanks for checking us out.
