Senior Walks
Guilford Cares sponsors a nature walk each month in warm weather. Sometimes, the nature walk may have more to do with history or architecture than nature, but it is still walking and interesting. We have had some wonderful walk leaders who bring a wealth of information, and the walkers make new friends while they exercise and learn. This activity can become habit-forming!
Senior Walks, May through September
Every year, Guilford Cares hosts monthly walks around Guilford. As we scout out ideas, we are amazed at the variety of new locations and themes we manage to find. Here is the schedule for 2026:
