Some prior experience is required, as this class practices the entire short 73 forms and is learning the long 73 forms. No registration required; donations are welcome.
Tai chi is an exercise system combining disciplined, graceful movements with an invigorating sense of the body and surrounding space. The movements are slow, yet they contain the power for balance and strength. We practice coordinating hand and foot movements, breathing naturally, and moving together with slow continuous flow.
