Prior experience is required, as this class has been practicing together for over 2 years. No registration required; donations are welcome. Tai chi is an exercise system combining disciplined, graceful movements with an invigorating sense of the body and surrounding space. The movements are slow, yet they contain the power for balance and strength. We practice coordinating hand and foot movements, breathing naturally, and moving together with slow continuous flow.
