As of Thursday, November 22nd, the Guilford Cares Pantry will return its service location to the Grange, now remodeled sufficiently to return to service the community. Pat Haine and all of the volunteers have worked hard to keep the Pantry working during construction at the Grange and we appreciate everyone making the temporary location function smoothly. It will take a while to get accustomed to the reconfigured new space at the Grange. This Thanksgiving the Pantry will again make a special effort to make this holiday special, although with a slightly different approach made necessary by the move. Thank you for working with us on all of these disruptions.

From time to time Guilford Cares does indeed take a hike, a good way to get some exercise and to learn about the flora and fauna of our community. This particular set of photos came from an outing in 2018.
Wendy M. Levy wrote a lovely article about the work of Guilford Cares that we do not want you to miss. So we are going to try to give you a peek at it here. I hope you are able to read it in this format. If not you will find it in Vol. XII, No. 44, Issue No. 433, on the front page no less!!
